宜家天津東麗商場位于天津市東麗區(qū),于2012年2月10日正式營業(yè)。商場總建筑面積為四萬五千平方米,經(jīng)營近萬種宜家的家具和家居用品。在開業(yè)后的四年時間里,宜家天津東麗商場經(jīng)營業(yè)績穩(wěn)定增長,員工也在業(yè)務(wù)增長的同時不斷得到個人職業(yè)和能力的發(fā)展。

Main Responsibilities and Duties
Recruit members and identify members
Duty One: Convert as many visitors as possible to be members by communicating member benefits in the FAMILY shop and around the store on each store touch point and engage the whole store to maximize recruitment
Duty Two: collaborate with commercial team to identify right FAMILY offers to recruit and identify more members
Build rich knowledge about members
Duty One: Constantly gain customer insight through MDB (marketing database), member panel and other integrated research resources
Duty Two: React on analysis result and share to the store and management team
Deliver relevant communication to activate members and drive traffic
Duty One: Based on customer insight from database and store commercial calendar to formulate local FAMILY communication plan, develop segmentations to increase relevancy.
Duty Two: Secure quality execution.
Measurement and tracking
Duty One: Continuously improve and optimize campaign planning by implementing measurement and tracking tools
Duty Two: Follow up on ROI for all campaigns and share the learning to the store
Budget planning and controlling
Duty One: Forecast FAMILY communication budget and have the sense of integration of PR, web and research to maximize use of LM budget
Duty Two: Safeguard the central investment in local market
Internal communication and influencing
Duty One: Influence the store SSG and commercial group, collaboration, generate buy-in to maximize the contribution of FAMILY to support IKEA positioning and growth in the market.
Duty Two: Strengthen internal communication among co-workers to increase understanding of IKEA FAMILY and profile FAMILY as the great local tool to support IKEA positioning and growth.
Requirements:
Preferable major in analytical/statistics or marketing
Loyalty program management experience, preferable in retail/hospitality or banks
Deep understanding of how marketing works
Logical and analytical thinking with commercial sense

Main Responsibilities and Duties

To contribute to build up the country internal information strategy and action plan development
mapping the needs of internal information
evaluating and measuring the channel effectiveness

helping formulate the plan
To secure effective and efficient use of existing internal communication channels and develop possible new channels to maximize the communication impact
Secure information flow for the organizational direction and priorities

Provide materials to the Retail China newsletter on a regular basis
Executing and developing other internal information channels in store

Develop and implement “action in common” according to agreed focus
Networking

Requirements:
You have 1-3 years working experience, preferably, in communication;

Facility Co-worker
崗位職責(zé)
樹立能夠體現(xiàn)宜家文化的互相信任、尊重及主動的團隊精神;
明確了解宜家維修保養(yǎng)資產(chǎn)和設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在每年的商業(yè)評估中保持商場的服務(wù)設(shè)備整潔如新;
實行每日、每月及緊急情況下的預(yù)防維修保養(yǎng)計劃,以確保所有商場的設(shè)備時刻正常運轉(zhuǎn);
通過實施節(jié)能流程,確保建筑設(shè)備自動化系統(tǒng)正常運轉(zhuǎn),并在節(jié)能方面發(fā)揮重要作用;
在高壓和低壓電力系統(tǒng)、電梯、叉車、鍋爐、雷電防護區(qū)以及消防方面,遵循政府有關(guān)檢查和認(rèn)證的法律法;
