　　一、電話號(hào)碼怎么念(Giving Numbers)

　　1、念一長(zhǎng)串電話號(hào)碼時(shí)，最好每三個(gè)或者四個(gè)數(shù)字中間停頓一下。

　　2、連在一起的兩個(gè)或三個(gè)相同數(shù)字，可以用double或tripe;比如：222讀作：tripe two;3344讀作：double three,double four;5555讀作：double five,double five;也可以說(shuō)“five five five five”，但不要說(shuō)“four five”，這是45。

　　二、郵箱地址怎么說(shuō)(E-mail Addresses)

　　1、@讀作“at”;“/”讀作："forward slash";“-—”讀作："hyphen”or"dash";

　　三、接通電話怎么講(Getting through)

　　1、不知道來(lái)電者是誰(shuí)，禮貌詢問(wèn)：

　　May I ask who's calling?/Could I have your name,please?(請(qǐng)問(wèn)您是?能否告知e-mail是什么意思我您的名字?)

　　2、在公司，接到電話時(shí)要先報(bào)上自己的名字。但千萬(wàn)不要說(shuō)"I am"或者"My name is"，直接在自己的名字后面加上"speaking"就可以了。 Hello,John Smith speaking.(你好，我是約翰史密斯)

　　3、請(qǐng)某人接聽電話：

　　A：Can I speak to Mr Smith,please?/Is Mr Smith there,please?(我可以和史密斯先生通話嗎?/史密斯先生在嗎?)

　　A:Can I speak to Jane，please?(可以幫我接一下jane嗎?)

　　B:Speaking.(我就是)

　　四、接聽電話的人不在，要留下口訊(Leaving or taking a message)

　　1、對(duì)方要找的人不在，要注意在句首禮貌的加上"I'm afraid"或者"I'm sorry"。

　　I'm afraid Mr Smith is out of the office today.(抱歉，史密斯先生今天不在公司。)

　　I'm afraid his line is engaged.(他正在通話中。)

　　2、詢問(wèn)對(duì)方是否要留下信息。

　　Would you like to leave a message?(您需要留言嗎?)

　　3、如果想讓對(duì)方幫忙傳達(dá)，則需要說(shuō)：

　　Could you take a message?/Could you ask him to call me back?/ reture my call?

　　五、通話突發(fā)狀況處置(When there's a problem)

　　1、聽不見對(duì)方說(shuō)什么

　　"I'm sorry,Could you speak up,please?"(不好意思，你能大聲點(diǎn)嗎?)

　　"I'm sorry,I can't hear you very well."(不好意思，我不太聽得清您說(shuō)的話)

　　"I'm sorry,the line's bad-could you repeat what you just said?"

　　(不好意思，線路原因，您能重復(fù)一下剛剛的話嗎?)

　　2、沒(méi)聽明白對(duì)方的意思

　　"I'm sorry, could you repeat that please?"(不好意思，您能重復(fù)一下嗎?)

　　"Sorry,I didn't quite catch that."(不好意思，我沒(méi)有聽清楚。)

　　"Sorry,I didn't catch your surname."(抱歉，我沒(méi)有聽清您的名字。)

　　"I'm sorry,I didn't get that.Could you say it again,please?"

　　(不好意思，我沒(méi)有聽到，您能再說(shuō)一遍嗎?)

　　"I'm afraid Idon't follow you.Could you repeat it,please?"

　　(不好意思，我沒(méi)聽明白，您能重復(fù)一下嗎?)

　　"I'm sorry,I'm not sure I understand.Would you mind explaining it again."

　　(不好意思，我沒(méi)弄清楚，您介意再解釋一下嗎?)

　　3、糾正對(duì)方的說(shuō)法：

　　Actually,it's16,not 60.(事實(shí)上，是16，不是60)

　　I'am sorry,but that's not quite right.(不好意思，不是這樣的)

　　4、確認(rèn)自己是否理解正確

　　So if understand you correctly ~~(所以，如果我理解的正確的話~~~)

　　When you say ~~do you mean ~~?(你說(shuō)的是~~的意思嗎?)
